2. Waitlist and Referral Program

Solitary Man, Inc d/b/a Chozen Kind offers a waitlist and referral program to provide early access and rewards to our community.

  • Signup Credit: Upon successful verification of your phone number, you may receive a pre-launch credit.
  • Referral Rewards: You can earn additional credits by referring friends using your unique referral link.
  • Usage: Credits are redeemable only at the time of launch on chozenkind.com, subject to certain limitations (e.g., maximum redemption per order).
  • No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Solitary Man, Inc d/b/a Chozen Kind.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Solitary Man, Inc d/b/a Chozen Kind and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
